My stay at the hotel was mixed. While I appreciated the beautiful setting and the spacious, clean penthouse that offered a nice view, I encountered a number of service issues that left a sour taste. The check-in process was frustrating, and the staff's attitude was disappointing. However, the proximity to the water park and beach made for good family fun. Overall, there were highlights, but the service needs a lot of improvement.
